Can a Flex-Balanced be stacked on top of a mini-amp (SMS AO200/DA-9, etc)? 10 months 3 weeks ago #63740

Hi. I'm looking to upgrade from a [Topping E30 -> 2x4HD -> Aiyima A07] to a [Flex-Balanced -> SMSL AO200/DA-9] setup, but space is quite limited and the Flex and SMSL units are much larger. Should I be able to stack a Flex-Balanced directly on top of an SMSL AO200/DA-9 mini-amp without issue?  Or might there be some kind of proximity issue (induced noise) from the internal SMPS in the SMSL mini-amp or the digital clock(s) in the Flex-Balanced (or some other factor)?

Note - FWIW, I should be able to run (very short) balanced cables from the Flex-Balanced TRS outputs to the AO200/DA-9 XLR inputs (though many other mini-amps only support unbalanced RCA inputs)

Thanks,
JW
