Hi all

Can the Flex Eight be used for multichannel audio to apply Dirac Live room correction? Like 7.1 audio from a TV or a media player? I would think not, since it only accepts coaxial and toslink inputs. But I would like to confirm this nonetheless.

You'll need something like the DDRC-88A and a source that has 5.1 or 7.1 channel output. 

Flex8 can only accept stereo signals. I run the main L & R pre outs from my H/T receiver to an A/D converter and then to the SPDIF in of the FLEX8. The flex 8 is mainly a 4 ways stereo crossover.
