I just installed my MiniDSP Flex on a new Dell Win 11 i7 tower desktop, the sound has intermittent "stuttering" or "wow and flutter". It seems to happen more when I move the mouse or the desktop image changes substantially, but it can happen any time.

What I've tried so far:

#1. USB cable was in a hub, I plugged it directly into the USB 3.0 port in the back of the computer. No difference.
#2. Disabled all the other sound sources in the computer like the Realtek output etc. No difference.
#3. Turned DIrac on or off. No difference.
#4. I checked Device Manager, the driver date is 6/9/2020, I can't figure out if this is the latest or not.
#5. I read that high mouse polling rate (over 1K) can cause this, I measured mine, it's about 150 Hz.

So I'm stumped. It's intermittent, but it's kind of driving me crazy. Does anyone have any insight to this? Thanks in advance.

A bit more research - I just switched the FLEX over to BlueTooth and it hasn't done it in the first half hour. I guess I would be OK with this solution but the resolution and bit rate is lower than USB.

Have you contacted miniDSP support about this? You obviously should be able to use the USB connection OK. Possibly it's a Windows 11 issue that miniDSP aren't aware of but they won't be if people don't report them.
