Anybody else get their new Flex and can't use it because the software doesn't work? I installed the new plugin and UAC2 driver. MiniDSP 2x4HD works with the new plugin but not the Flex. Computer won't recognize it and after numerous times installing, rebooting, uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling yada yada I got nada. Sucks when you look forward to something like this and it turns out to be useless. 

After installing and uninstalling numerous times and failing I gave up and asked customer support to take it back. No returns though so I reinstalled again to take screen shots that customer support requested and what do you know- finally it worked. Anyone going thru install issues just keep trying- makes no sense to me but eventually it works.

I’ve only had issues when moving the Install directory or when using  high performance computers that have peripherals that require non windows drivers that needs certain settings tweaked to allow proper use, especially video cards…

your more basic laptops work perfectly….  

know your machine, know what is going on in windows, and you’ll have no issues. I know sometimes that’s the learning curve.
