I am new to FIR Designer and am trying to figure out if I can use it to simply convert and exported FIR file that is .gkf to a .csv FIR file to import into another piece of hardware. Anyone know if that's a simple thing to do?

Hi tblair,

Clear any measurement you might have loaded on the Import tab, load the GKF in the Target tab, then use the FIR workflow to match the target - whilst using the output filter length you need for the CSV file.

If your output CSV FIR filter length is the same or longer than the GKF, then great. If your output length is shorter than the GKF, you may need to tweak a little.

Kind regards,
Michael
