Filter Hose is a unique FIR (finite impulse response) filter creator software. It enables user to edit time domain data to construct a FIR filter very quickly and experiments with different filter properties (tap length, windowing, latency, etc) very easily. To speed up the FIR creation, Filter Hose provides several frequency domain target responses.

Three Easy and Quick Steps
1. Load a Measurement
2. Select a Target Response
3. Edit the FIR filter

Features:
>> Easy and quick to create FIR filter based on measurement
>> Create asymmetric FIR, linear-phase FIR and minimum-phase FIR
>> Multi-Zone Time Windows (MZTW) to clean input impulse response (IR)
>> Compatible with EASERA, Systune, ARTA, Room EQ Wizard and Smaart ASCII file format
>> Five filter target presets: flat magnitude only (linear or minimum phase), flat phase only (phase = 0), flat magnitude & flat phase (phase =0), and minimum phase (phase = min.)
>> Export filter coefficient in *.csv and MiniDSP text file
>> Numerical data format converter
>> Manual frequency domain data input [RTA data, log-spaced frequency domain data, sample rate conversion]

Price is $165 USD for one personal license (2 installations).

Looking very good Hadi and we've already published the App note under the Advanced tools section. We look forward to hearing more from fellow DIYers looking for an advanced FIR tool.

Thanks for the update Hadisumoro.. Did you already get some feedback from end users of the community? Make sure to keep active with them as there are quite few OpenDRC guys out there.

Yes, I received some feedback and also questions/inquiries from OpenDRC users. So far, Filter Hose and OpenDRC work really well. Thanks!
