I have been using the Minidsp 2x4 and now the HD for years so I am very familiar with the concept. I am used to creating an EQ correction file then loading it onto the 2x4 box. There is no box here, however. Using REW, I can measure. After that, how do I apply the EQ curve I have just created? I'm a little lost here. Don't tell me I have to buy a Minidsp amp or something too.....

Knowing that the EARS jig is a device used for measurement (like the UMIK-1), you will indeed need to apply the EQ curve on an output device. The concept is actually the same as using the UMIK-1 to measure and loading an EQ onto the 2x4HD. Depending on the output device you are using, you need different ways to apply the EQ you measured. For example, if you have the HA-DSP, you can use the HA-DSP plugin to load the EQ curve. If not, you can use a third-party parametric EQ to mimick the EQ curve you created in REW.
