I can purchase an end of life DDRC 22A. But, will Dirac Live still be valid or is this product dead?

I'd suggest you contact miniDSP support via the Support link at the top of the page for a definitive answer. I'd be very surprised if it didn't work but I'm not in a position to personally confirm this.
