Hello all
I'm new to Dirac and miniDSP Flex . I'm not happy with Dirac implementation, because 1st I have many issues to get connected to get connected to their servers. I managed that to use my iPhone as a hotspot to get into Dirac Live.
On Volume Calibration side I'm able to adjust output level et all. I get nice signal out of speakers and UMIK-1 is showing about 30dB. If I proceed to the measurement, the tone-sweep is very low level and distorted if Amp is turned up a lot. If I use arrows to get back to volume calibration site, level is back to -95.5dB.
For me it looks like as if the master output level is not kept but always back to -95.5 as soon as I go to next screen.
I'm quite annoyed about Dirac software. My computer is an MacBook Pro from 2015 with OS 10.14 mojave on it.
Thanks for any help.
Best regards Dominik

Setting the level back to -95dB is a safety thing so you can't blow your brains out when you switch everything on. Get used to it - that isn't going to change anytime soon.

As for the rest of your post - not clear what you need help with...?

Hi Dominik,

I had the same problem.
Try exiting Dirac Live, change your input source to TOSLINK or Analogue on the device console and restart the calibration with Dirac Live.
If I use USB input I have very low volume when calibrating.
