If I upgrade MinIDSP 2x4HD with Dirac..can it be applied to only specific output

So I have a question about MiniDSP and Dirac...Because my AVR only has one real LFE output, when I do DIRAC it will of course apply that to all my subs but I dont want that because on of them is actually a Hovereze platform (TR).So I was wondering, what if I upgrade my MiniDSP to have Dirac...can that one be applied to only to specific outputs so that I can use it only with my 3 Subwoofers and not to the Hovereze output?
That way I could run DIRAC for my speakers from my AVR and then not apply it to the LFE channel and then let the MiniDSP take care of that DIRAC processing. Hope that made sense lol
