Sorry if this is a "newbie" sounding problem. I'm trying to upgrade a 2x4HD to DDRC24 with Dirac Live. I've downloaded and installed both Dirac Live and the miniDSP Firmware upgrade but when I start the miniDSP, I do not see a menu item (under 'Restore') to switch from 2x4HD to "Switch to DDRC-24". If I run Dirac Live, I receive a message asking for a serial number. I've repeated the firmware update to DDRC 24 and the screens says it was successfully installed. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
