Hello I have had a problem with my unit for several months, the volume has been very low with no way to fix. Yesterday I saw there was a firmware update so I downloaded it and installed it. It has turned the unit into a brick. It will not respond to the ddc24 software. So my question is if I buy a new 2x4 hd to get working again, can I reinstall the plugin I already bought to make it back like it was?
