How can we see the corrections on Dirac live 3. I only get "proceed to the filter design" but I can't see the difference between before and after...

Ddrc-24

You need to click on Proceed to Filter Design.

It's important to understand that YOU control what the final result is like by your choices on the filter design page. It's therefore impossible for the software to show you a before/after comparison before going there.

I'll also just add that the before/after comparison is a form of average over the various measurement locations, and does not represent the difference you'd see at any single point if you tried to measure it.

Thanks for the help. I have now made a quick measurement with four points. Notice that the sound width has been reduced in relation to before when I did not use ddrc. Is that normal?

First up, using only four points is fewer than recommended and this will affect the results. So will the target curve that you choose to use.

Personally I prefer to only use Dirac in the low bass region. Up to 150-200 Hz.

How can I decide which frequencies it should measure?

You can't, and you wouldn't want to either.

What I referred to was the frequecy range over which the correction is applied, which is different. You adjust this by dragging the vertical lines in the filter design window that define the upper and lower frequency limits of the region where the Dirac filters are applied.

I just want to thank you for your help. Now I have set up ddrc-24 and Dirac Live 3. I have never had such a good sound. This one does a fantastic job in my system.
