Hello
I have purchased the CDSP 8x12DL upgrade. From what I understand, I need to do a firmware upgrade
to the main board and run the DL software. Than I will get a not valid purchase response,
that I cut paste and Email to support? If im missing something please let me know.
At this point I cant get the DL software to connect to the main board. I just keep getting
the not connected error.
