evening folks,

my ddrc-22d arrived today.  

i've got toslink in and out, plays sound just fine.

i was able to get the latest minidsp+dirac software installed, mic profile loaded, test sounds playing, measurements done, and presets saved.  (both macos and windows 10).

however, when i use the front panel or minidsp remote to switch presets or enable/disable dirac, i don't hear any differences.  same when i use the dirac software to toggle presets.  not even a glitch or drop when presets change.  when i use the front panel or remote to change inputs, it continues to play from toslink, i'd expect that another input would silence the output.

i tried factory-reset the ddrc-22d, all the presets went away, and redid a calibration+preset.  however, i can't get it to activate.

am i missing something?  i've used others (mindsp 2x4, 2x4hd, both cdsps) without issue.
