Greetings.

I am a new comer to the DSP world and have a DDRC-24 in line to my studio monitors.

The Issue:

I have my DJ rig (A&H Xone 92, turntables, etc.) plugged into the analog input of the DIRAC, and there is a noticeable delay between what I hear in my headphones on the mixer versus what is coming out of my monitors of upwards of ~20 milliseconds.  If I unplug the output from my mixer from the DIRAC directly into my studio monitors, that delay vanishes.  Does anyone have any tips or tricks in reducing delay?  I assumed it had something to do with the processing that the DSP computes, but even with all the functionality disabled and DIRAC off I still hear it.  This makes it almost impossible to mix records, or even record live instruments.

Hopefully someone has experienced this and can help guide me in the right direction.  My fear is that I have the wrong unit for my needs and will be stuck purchasing something different.

Thanks,

--Alex

It should be 13 ms latency as per support.  Which unfortunately too high for my needs.  sucks .. :/
