Hi,
My DDRC-24 have no sound output when choosing USB. DDRC-24 Windows application recognized it, and Windows Volume control has (Speaker) DDRC-24 but they won't reacts to sound event (like clicking Volume control, Spotify...)
Analog, TOSLINK is fine.

It happens about 1-2 times a month, usually reconnect the USB link attached to PC would fix it, this time didn't.
Here're steps I've tried:
I've tried Refresh DSP Program / Restore All to Default / Load configuration to current slot , and didn't work.
I found out that there's a unrecognized device in Device Manager, 'miniDSP DFU' under 'Other devices'. It's driver is not installed, and can't find under Windows search.
I then checked 'User Downloads' of MiniDSP but can't find related software either.

Please help, thank you.

I also have that unrecognised DFU item. Not a problem.
If I recall, I usually just restart the PC while it is plugged in, and it should be fixed and have sound. Only happened twice over 1 year.
Are you connecting to USB Hub ? If yes, you should try connecting directly to PC USB port.

Thank you, I tried restart and switch to another USB plug. Restart didn't work but another plug do the trick.
I didn't use a USB Hub though, maybe there's something wrong with the plugs  on my PC.
I already contact support, I'm embarrassed.
