I have DDRC22 with all the latest firmware and dirac 3 loaded.
Not at the Dirac part just yet. I was running some measurements of my DAC that is fed from the DDRC and noticed that with the DDRC connected I have a 10dB bump around 400Hz in the noise spectrum. Must point out that that the noise floor without the DDRC is -126dB, so this peak comes in at -116dB. Input AES or Toslink doesnt matter.
Now comes the interesting bit, when I
* mute the DDRC I get -105dB exactly 200Hz sharp peak
*Attenuation at -3dB : 500Hz - 108dB sharp peak
*Attenuation at -6dB: 450Hz -108dB sharp peak
*Attenuation at -10dB: 575Hz -110dB peak

Again Dirac is not configured there are no filter presets etc...just clean firmware  DDRC-22 Version 1.12 Firmware 2.26

Now, If I play a tone even at -80dB this problem is all gone and the noise floor is back to -126dB...So this does not seem to be a problem when audio is playing only when there is nothing playing into the DDRC..

To bad no way to attach images here.
