Hello,

I haven't configured my 88BM since late 2018 as nothing in my system has changed until now. Now I have new Revel Ultima2 Salon2 speakers and I need to recalibrate.

I visited the MiniDSP site to see if there was anything new and saw that Dirac 3.x is available.

I didn't have a Dirac account, so I created one.

It can't find my 88BM device, probably because that device is hooked up via USB and it said something about looking on the network. I don't believe the 88BM can connect to the network, can it?

I don't know where to find my license key. It's not in the user downloads section nor does it appear in my order history.

I really don't know what to do. I uninstalled Dirac from my PC and downloaded the newest version of the plugin, which seems to work fine, but I can't run the software without my 88BM being found and activated properly.

I'd appreciate any assistance possible in order to get me up and running again.

Thanks.

Hi Jevansoh,

Seems like you are missing some steps here... Did you open Dirac separately instead of starting it from the plugin? The Dirac license is embedded with the miniDSP product so you won't see it on your Dirac account either. Maybe time to revisit the user manuals before recalibrating? :)

If you are having problems with your userdownloads, make sure you are using the same account that you used to purchase the product. If this issue remains, please file an official ticket with us so we can help you sort out the problem.
