I purchased an used DDRC-24, the software / drivers / Dirac Live are all installed.
My speaker is connected to the 1, 2 output of DDRC-24.

I followed the chapter 9.2 TROUBLE-SHOOTING PLAYBACK ISSUES of "miniDSP DDRC-24 User Manual" but cannot solved the problem.

Here're the steps I took:

1. In the DDRC-24 software, there is no signal on the input meters when software started.

2. When I clicked "connect" the software found DDRC-24, an popup "Bridge" showed, and windows has playback, there is signal on the input meters, but no sound output on my speakers.

there is signal on the output meters (138 and changing when playback, 189 when no playback.)

but still no sound, and I've checked my speaker, the cable works when connected to cellphone (with a RCA - aux adapter).

I have a remote control, it works only when I clicked "connect" on DDRC-24 software, and if I close the popup "Bridge", there will be no playback detected, like in 2nd picture.

Please help me with this situation, thank you!

Hi,
I’ve had a similar problems which have stemmed from changing Crossover settings. The only way I fixed it was to reset the configuration to default.

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your experience, just that I tried to reset twice, but it didn't work in my case.

Silly question but in your screenshots the master volume is at -95db. You won’t hear anything at that volume. Try increasing it!

You're right! There is sound output after adjusting the dB. I wasn't sure what it does to the device so I left it there. Silly me!

No, I can't delete post. Change title instead.
Ok delete later. I did encountered some other muted situation, usually refresh DSP settings / reset / mute & unmute can solve
