Hi guys :)

I own a DDRC88A and have been using DiracLive1.0.

Recently, I installed the latest 88A BM module software (V2.4), MCU firmware (V2.24) and also the DiracLive 3.0 software. But encountered an error on the DiracLive 3.0 software.

My DiracLive 3.0 software can detect the 88BM as the 1st step, but when I click on the 88BM on the DiracLive 3.0 GUI to connect to it in the next step, the DiracLive3.0 software gives an error message - "network failure during access device permissions.......". See attached the screenshot of the full error message on the DiracLive 3.0 software.

I've checked my Windows 10 Microphone and Desktop access properties and permission settings on my laptop, and both are correct according to the manual. I've also power cycled both laptop and 88A but the error message still comes back. The DiracLive 3.0 is launched via the 88BM utility.

I've tried the following but error message is still duplicated and the same:
- reset/ restore to default settings on the 88bm. Reconfigured the inputs and outputs.
- turned off antivirus and firewall to see if it's a possible cause
- reinstalled DiracLive 3.0

So I'm kinda stuck.

I tried DLCT, and DLCT works fine and it can connect to my 88BM/88A without issues.

Is there something I missed? Did anyone encounter this on their DDRC units on Dirac Live 3.0?

I've attached screenshots of the settings and error message here. Thanks in advance for helping to look into this. =)

Finally nailed the issue.

It was strangely caused by accidentally using a very old expired dirac account (when i was still using nad dirac) to log in (auto saved in system). After i had switched to the new dirac account to log in, everything works well!

Thanks all for chipping in to help. :)
