Purchased used DDRC-88A+BM. I'm familiar with miniDSP (have 2x4HD, nanoDIGI and 4x8HD), but the plugins for this unit seem elusive. It was sold (on this forum) as DDRC-88A+BM. What plugin(s) do I need to access the settings?
I see a DDRC-88A plugin $10, BM plugin $99. Do I need to re-purchase the BM even though the unit is already 'upgraded'? If so this is combined with the unit not shipping with a UMIK-1 (that it should have come with) is turning into a sour deal.
Any help is appreciated, as I don't want to buy more plugins than necessary.

I remember reading that the Dirac license is transferable and associated with the hardware so you should be able to contact minidsp support and have them transfer the license to your account. I saw a link at one point explaining the process but can't find it right now.

Yes, that is correct. DDRC needed no additional plugin or DIRAC-related license. MiniDSP was great to work with and transferred everything. They added the plugin to my miniDSP license account for download. The DIRAC portion is linked to the hardware, so DIRAC also wasn't a problem.

I'm using it for LXmini speakers and (another Linkwitz design) Phoenix 'Alternate' open-baffle dipole subs. The combination is awesome.
