Hey there. I've had a DDRV-24 using with a 2.0 setup for a while. I recently deciding to use it in my 'new' home office with a 2.1 set up. I was as confuse as the OP until now. I was hoping for a more automated base management with the DDRC-24. Well, ok; it is what it is.

That said, one thing I don't quite understand is how to calibrate the volume on the sub for the Dirac measurements. The MiniDSP Dirac manual only discussed a sub in the context of a multi-channel system, not a 2.1 system. I can use REW to identify crossover and timing, then set that in the MiniDSP, but then I need to run the Dirac Live program. At that point it wants to calibrate the volume of the speakers. At this point, what volume should I set the sub to?

update: I ran a series of measurements and adjusted the sub's volume up until it was pretty close tot he speakers. I then ran a Dirac measurement, and the sub is fairly well integrated. I still have a crossover hole, but the system sound way better. Looks like I've got some reading to do to resolve the CrossOverHoleâ„¢
