I plugged a USB-Ethernet adaptor into my DDRC-24 USB port, and connected it to my Ethernet switch. I can ping the DDRC-24 but the windows DDRC-24 software cannot find it and connect (from wifi laptop) even if I enter the ethernet address.

Is this supposed to work? I would like to avoid a long USB cable running across my floor.

Using Fing, I see MiniDSP oroduct Agent for Windows. Is this the device or the software running on my Windows laptop?
