I've been up until midnight for the past 1.5 hours purchasing, upgrading firmware via the download and got it all done, only to now not be able to connect to the dsp. I restarted the computer, unplugged the minidsp, updated everything possible, and when I plug in the mini dsp, nothing. I'm so frustrated. Please help.

try a different usb cable or put a usb hub in between, or try another usb port.
