Hello, Our DDRC-88D sometimes comes up in a different configuration than the last used configuration. We've been using preset 4 as our standard. It usually comes up to setting 4 fine, but sometimes powers up to preset 1. Is this normal?? Anything I can do to change it?? Is there an internal battery that is not remembering the last configuration?? Thanks.

Well, I guess I'm not the only one then. The Dev Team gave a couple things to troubleshoot that I haven't tried yet. Instead I just loaded the same preset into all 4 slots.

Would you be able to share what the Dev Team gave you as far as things to troubleshoot the issue?

Here's what they said.
"Worth to do the following:
a) Make a backup for your DDRC-88D files and Dirac filters.
b) Make a complete restore to default of the platform from the DDRC-88BM plugin / make sure that you're live and synchronized
​c) Go to DDRC-88BM, reload your configuration
​d) Go to Dirac live and reload your configuration. "
