cannot connect brand new DDRC-24 to plug-in

I am having an issue connecting my new DDRC-24 to the plugin. I think someone here had same problem.

Just bought DDRC 24 and connected to PC.
When I click the connect button it fails to connect and I get the "Cannot connect to DSP, please plug in the board" message.
(I am using a Win10 laptop.)

I installed every software in user manual, by new user download pack.
DDRC-24 is recognized as sound device and connected to my computer.
For some reason it just won't connect to the plugin.
I have tried turning the DDRC off and back on again, restarting the plugin, and restarting my laptop.
And also tried to connect it to my desktop(Another PC) but same situation happens.
Anyone have good idea to solve it?
