DDRC-22D will not connect to any of my computers

Picked up a new DDRC-22D. So far, I have been unable to connect any of my computers to the device.

I have attempted both Windows 7 & Windows 10. Installed the drivers successfully. Installed the Plugin. When I connect the USB cable to my Windows machines, I got the new device detected popup and waited until the computer said it was ready. Open the Plugin and click Connect. The plugin scans for the device but cannot find it.

I also attempted to find the device with Dirac Live v1 and v2, no success with either. It scans for the device but cannot locate it.


I also attempted on Mac OSX High Sierra (with plugin and Dirac 1) and on Mojave (plugin and Dirac 2). No success.
