Dear All,

New to Dirac Live, I follow the steps, all good up to this Output & Levels, attached picture one shows the test noise level is within the green bar. But when I click "Start" on Measurement Tab I got error message "Processing captured data completed with errors: Recording level is too low".

Click "OK"", back to Output & Levels tab, Channels volume was reset to minimum. I have tried to increase the channel volume to max and click test button, it doesn't send test noise anymore. In order to make it work I have to power cycle the C-DSP-8x12-DL.

I have tried a few time with no luck, anything that I have missed?

Thanks in advance.
