I have successfully updated my 2X4HD to a DDRC-24 v1.8d2 I have set it up with channel 1(left) and 2(right) doing high pass to my powered monitors, and 3 and 4 doing low pass to 2 separate subwoofers. It sounds great using Audirvana software on my music library. I am running Mojave on a 5.1 Mac Pro so I am using Dirac version 2.2.2. For the measurement side I have an Earthworks M30 microphone running into a Focusrite Clarett 2 channel USB using channel one for the mic. This should pose no problem since both are professional quality components. I obtained the calibration file from Earthworks in the form of a text file. It will not load into Dirac, should I try to copy and paste the contents of the text file instead? Also the Dirac software sends out the Left channel and it comes out my right channel powered monitor. The right channel comes out my left channel subwoofer so the measurements are useless. I am stuck, and would like to hear the great improvements this stuff is supposed to make. What should I try next???

@srlaudio

- On the cal file. A simple text file will indeed do. Please note that using external sound card may add some latency/3rd party issues that won't be under our support. Easiest maybe if you want to start simple to use a UMIk-1?

- On the incorrect routing, you most likely have an incorrect routing inside your matrix mixer. i.e. OUT1/OUT2. Check these.
