Be aware that if you have any target curves that you use regularly in Dirac Live V1 you need to do a small amount of work to get them to be usable in V2. In V1 they were stored in a different location to where V2 stores its project files (at least that is true in Windows, dunno about MAC) and the file extension used has been changed - the content of the files otherwise seems to be the same in both versions. In V1, the target curves have the extension ".txt" and are stored in C:\Users\<Your User Name>\AppData\Roaming\Dirac\OEM\MiniDSP\Targets. In V2, they are stored in C:\Users\<Your User Name>\Dirac\targets and have an extension of ".targetcurve". Copy the old files to the new location, rename the extensions, and they should be good to go.
