Hi, i have a 2x4hd that have been updated to an ddrc24. I wanted to update to dirac2. The problem is that after I installed dirac and ddrc software when I push the run dirac button in the ddrc software it wants to install it again. Please help. I can't contact mknidsp support, I have an account but I am not athurised to reset my password (I am logged in on the website??)

You should be, otherwise I don't think you are able to post in the forums.
If you are having problems with your password, surely there is a password reset by using your email???

He needs to be able to sign in first, that is what he is struggling with, not how to do it. :)
