Have you updated the firmware and plugin for latest Dirac Live version on the SHD Studio? The calibration is done normally with Dirac Live tool. Just direct the channels to only one channel of the headphones and use the same channel on EARS also.

Yes used your how to , with all the files.
Use the shd for my speakers too and it works fine.
Volume settings :
Low signal to noise error, my master volume already-15db.
Mic gain at 27% , -23db.
If I increase the level it get the low quality errors.
Headphone is a Audeze closed back.

Do you have the correct calibration file for microphone (EARS)? Try the other channel of EARS on Dirac Live.

Yes have the heq file, double checked.
What I don’t understand:
When I get a measurement, the Dirac 1 is at approx -30db but the Dirac 2 is at -60db.
Graph of Dirac 1 looks logical.
Gut feeling is that Dirac 2 fucks up something or I have a wrong setting.

Thanks for the help!

Just put all the channels on matrix mixer on for the DL calbration and after that separate right and left channel.

You can use an app like VoiceMeeter vb-audio.com/Voicemeeter/ to sum the microphones in the EARS into a mono signal. You can use this directly as an input in DIRAC enabling you to eq left and right independently rather than the using the same eq. If you do this you can switch back left to Dirac 1 and right to Dirac 2.

For calibration I use the average of the two mics which is close enough. I then use Harman curves as the target curves. It works really well. Note: for the target curves work best with DIRAC they need to be adjusted so that the positive peak is at 5 dB.
