during calibration, i can not get the right channel to play test tone under "volume calibration." it is still function normal, but under dirac calibration, it cant play the test tone/noise therefore it can not complete the calibration process.

i have the latest drc22d utility, updated to the latest firmware, and using diract 2.0.

please see video:

thanks

Hi,

did you find a solution? I'm having the exact same problem but with a DDRC-24. I have followed the manual for setup and the tip to use Dirac 2.2.0 as I have an older macbook pro. The DDRC-24 is working fine otherwise, just not with Dirac.

EDIT: Room EQ Wizard has the same problem. It seems that my Mac and the DDRC-24 are not working together properly. No sound on right channel also when I just use the DDRC-24 as USB DAC. Did anyone here come across this problem and find a solution?

EDIT2: After using "Restore All to Default" and "Refresh DSP Program" in the plugin several times and just before I was going to give up things magicalliy started working again. May be worth a try.

Cheers, Dieter
