Hi everyone,
I finished installing the new DDRC-88a along with the 2x4 balanced units. I am getting outputs to all my speakers but the subs which are fed from the 2x4 balanced unit. I have checked all my connections and appears that everything is in order. Here is my setup below...

HTPC with RCA outputs for a 5.1 system

DDRC-88a unbalanced inputs to balanced outputs to my Crown amps and to the 2x4 balanced unit
the volume is very low right now to all the floor standing speakers, so I am assuming I need to open up the DDRC-88a to change the jumper over to 2V.

But I get no output to my 2 subs currently. I have 1 input to the 2x4 and 2 outputs to my sub. I turned on all 4 outputs just in case for troubleshooting and nothing comes out to any outputs after moving wires around. Even tried to set back to factory defaults and nothing.

Any help would be appreciated. I can send the 2 config files if necessary.

@hagadsp

Not sure what it could be be but did you check the configuration within the 2x4 plugin? What is it like?
You can easily monitor RMS input meter on the 2x4balanced to confirm if audio is coming in? If it is, make sure you have a 12V power supply with enough current for the 2x4balanced (could explain the super low level).

Feel free to start a tech support tix. It will be easiest.
