Hi, all!
I have just set up Dirac for the first time (DDRC24 - Dirac 2.0 - 2.1 setup), and I loved the result.
But I'm curious with one thing: I observed that Dirac added a slight 0.02 delay to my right channel (which I can't change), but I only see it on the minidsp Config 1, which is set with the default dirac curve. The other configs, in which I added custom curves, there is no added delay by Dirac. I know that I can mimic that delay on the output setting, but is that really how it works? Dirac only adds delay when working with default target curve?
Thanks!

It seems to me that it translates into a difference in positioning of 6 or 7 millimeters, if so it's hardly significant

Even considering that the same single sub is receiving both signals with different delays (output 3 bass managed from inputs 1 and 2, delay added by dirac only to 2)? wouldnt that cause some problem on the bass reproduction by the same driver?

Hello flaviowolff,
the sum of left and right at low frequencies will not change from such small delay between channels. E.g at 100 Hz there will be a shift of 0.02ms/10ms=0.002 of the wave period, so the delayed waveform is almost same as original. Actually, any delays smaller than 0.1 ms are permissible when mixing low-frequency signals (up to 200 Hz).
