Please I need some help. The dirac live website keep kicking my off. Dirac software can't find device on computer.

Not sure if this case is still active but we'd be happy to help. Make sure to just start a tech support tix with our team (Support.minidsp.com)
You shouldn't need to go to the "Dirac Live website". All the software will be included inside the zip file for the DDRC-88A as per manual. Contact us and we'd be happy to help!
