Hi All

I was messing around in the DDRC-88-BM software and found a button labeled upgrade firmware in Restore menu, I clicked it and it brought me to a screen where it asked for a hex file. It connected to the unit and the lights on the front of the unit went to only 1 LED being lit instead of 2 like usual. I exited the firmware upgrade dialog box without doing anything. Now I cannot get the unit to output any signal and the remote control doesnt work. I cannot use the DDRC-88BM software to connect to the unit to control it either. I havent taken out any USB cables or turned the unit off. Anyone have any ideas how to exit out of bootloader mode and go back to normal?

Thanks in Advance!

Perhaps the Reset button is the answer as detailed in the User guide .
Check out Section 10.4 MCU FIRMWARE UPDATE, in particular point 9.

@EdvardGreig

You most likely just put the unit into bootloader mode (firmware mode to upgrade the firmware). When you powercycle, it will get back to normal mode. Feel free to contact us if any questions.
