Hello,

i have a Nad T777v3 and have bought the Full Version of Dirac Live. I have a UMIK 1 too and have so far lots of measurements with REW and all works fine. So now i want to run the Dirac Live software. I choose the UMIK 1 and loaded the Calibrate file up and then comes always a error mirror that the Recording Device cant use . in Win10 is the UMIK 1 as standard Device selected and no other program runs in the Background. Where is the problem ? i dont no continue .... please help

Odd indeed.. We've never seen this before. Did you asked NAD directly if they've seen this before? Is that Dirac 2.0?
Most likely that something is blocking the UMIK-1.. Did you try that it's not your UMIK-1 that is locked up by a WIn10 upgrade?

For the sake of others, it sounds like you found the issue by disabling the sound card on your PC? We've never seen this on any Dirac build (PC or miniDSP) so most likely something specific to the NAD Dirac Live build. :-(
