I'm thinking about using my DDRC-22A with an integrated amp and would like to know how I can bypass the digital volume control on the unit. The manual indicates setting the output volume to half way or (-20db) if there is another volume control downstream. I just want to avoid possible clipping or distortion so I thought Id check.

@tdogzthmn

If you don't want to use the volume control, you could always set the volume in your amp. I'd recommend in that case to set the volume to 100% in the DDRC-22A. (i..e best gain structure).
