I'm a current owner of a nanoAVR DL and thinking about moving to a pre-pro with Dirac built in or a DDRC-88A. With the DDRC-88A, there is the option to purchase the BM plug-in. Is there any advantage to having the bass management performed in the DDRC-88A with the BM plug-in vs. performing it in my pre-pro (Emotiva UMC-200)? I know, in either event, the bass management is performed in the same place in the signal chain (before equalization). Any comments/advice is welcome.

Thanks

Even though you used a different User Name, this looks like the same post as appeared on AVS. I responded there. Did that response satisfy your curiousity?
