Hello

I just turned on the 88a for the first time, I cant connect to the I/O

I purchased the BM upgrade and now I need to get the I/O to work to do the upgrade.Please Help

I have the "gree sticker" (v2.2. so I shouldnt need to open the unit and move the "jumper"
Why am I getting this error. I can connect to the Dirac plug in and the 88a plug in just fine, just not the I/O plugin

That utility is ONLY for firmware upgrade of the bottom board. It's not required in your case as you are not required to open the box indeed.

Please go step by step with the user manual to use that platform. It will be very hard otherwise I'm afraid..
