Hi there,

I just installed the software for my DDRC88a (bought it used) and I have conncection problems.

The unit is connected to a USB2 port directly on the mainboard with a proper cable.
Yet whatever I want to, it always gets stuck in the connection process, atm stuck
at "loading config to board" - 7% and nothing happens...

io tool says it's firmware 2.1 and factory reset was done.

When it try to connect by clicking the connect button sometimes he goes
not further than "device found", sometimes it goes as far as "synchronize or restore",
yet when I click restore or synchronize it gets stuck in this process and 2, 7, 12 %...

Weird
