Let's see how we can help
- Video don't start? mmh, we're talking of the DDRC-24 or maybe a nanoAVR?
- There isn't any video input on this unit.. :-(

Only USB Audio..

Can you please clarify your setup here a bit more and what is the video player you're trying to use.. we've never heard of this before, so not sure what could be the reason here.

Don´t talking about any video input.Youtube don´t start or any video inside Facebook before I remove the USB input to 2X4HD. Chrome,Microsoft Edge,Firefox same problem. Windows 10 Geforce GTX 1060

Mmmh, this is the oddest issue we've seen. :-(

We're not sure what could be locking the audio.. Maybe some setting of the ASIO/Audio drivers under Windows.. I wonder how we could reproduce the issue without having to resort to purchasing a Geforce GTX 1060... :-(
