Hello,

I purchased a used Dirac 88aBM from Derek Stokes, MiniDSP username dcstokes.

My MiniDSP username is jevansoh. My name is Jason Evans.

He told me to log in under his account and gave me his password to so I could download the Dirac utility to find the serial number and activation key so that you could transfer the license to my name, but when I log in to his account and check the "user downloads" and click Dirac, it says product no longer available and there is no download for the utility. I have the device plugged in and connected via USB, but without the software I don't know how to get the serial number or activation key so you can transfer it to me.

Can you please help me? My email address is xxxxx and I am in possession of the Dirac 88aBM unit now. I just need all software that goes with it.

Any time I click on anything having to do with the 88aBM on the MiniDSP site, it says "Product no longer available" and won't let me get any software, plugin, utility, or anything, so I'm totally stuck here.

Derek here....I've been searching and can't see why the products all say "no longer available".

As you (and miniDSP) know, I've bought 3 of these units, have sold them all. Also bought the BM and a 2x4. I love their products and support is great.

Anyway, miniDSP!! I'm sure he's submitted a ticket which I suggested he do as soon as received. However, I'm not sure if somehow you just don't have the software on my particular account....or if the website is having a strange issue.

Anyway, this was my third and last unit I sold in this calendar year. (88A that is). Obviously you see I bought them all from you.

Please work with John to get the SW to him so he can send you the info to transfer license. I have the "write" files from you for unit 1229 but not the read out of the SW license from the unit.

Providing you already flashed the unit with the DDRC-88BM license, not need to reflash them. That unit is already configured correctly.
