Updating DDRC 88BM tp 1.8

I downloaded the file and followed the instructions - not a damn thing happened .....ONLY running the 1,8 application file in the ZIP file was able to force the update process to execute from 1,7 to 1,8 ....... Again - using the Click Restore - > Refresh DSP program. It will reflash the DSP binary. as instructed did absolutely nothing.....

My DDRC88BM updated okay - wonder what the difference was? Sorry for a possibly stupid question, but did you "Connect" successfully before clicking Refresh DSP Program?

Would it be possible to maybe get some screenshot and explanation to under what you mean by "instructed did absolutely nothing"?
If you're running v1.7 and update to v1.8, you simply install the new plugin. Connect and reflash the DSP. It will update the internal DSP binary. That's the difference between these 2 rev..

More info would help I think..
