I just received my 88A with BM and I am trying to read as much as I can to make sure I am ready for a successful first go at my calibration. I am really confused at my initial gain setting. I am going to be using the unbalanced RCA and I have a Parasound 2205A with sensitivity of 1 V for 28.28 V, THX Reference Level; 1.5 V for full output and my Marantz 8802 unbalanced pre-out of 1.2V. What should the DDRC-88A gain settings be with the above?

The 2V setting for both input and output should work fine.
I am not miniDSP support.
