Hi,

Ive bought a pre owned dirac 88a
the previous owner has contacted Dirac, ive also contacted them , they sent me a link to log in , ive done this, what do i do next ? ive been to user downloads but nothing works, do i need a pass or licence ,

If you've purchased a used DDRC-88A, you should contact miniDSP (not Dirac). We're the one providing support.
You can create a tech support ticket from support - > Contact US.

Hi How long does it take to change ownership? On a DDRC-88A
I emailed support this evening wondering if this will be a long thing. Frustrating looking at the device and not being able to use it.

Please remember that a)we're in a complete different time zone b) we've got many customers, so once sending a tech support ticket, expect up to 48-72h. Sometimes we do much faster like in your case within less than 10h of sending your email.. Thanks for your understanding.
