Just got everything hooked up and installed
It takes all 9 measurements and I've waited over an hour 3 times and it says the first measurement passed and processing on all 8 other measurements. And thankust sits there forever and won't finish processing.

I have good internet I can surf the web while it's doing that , everything is connected and working

What can I do what's wrong?

denver8me4dinner Topic Author Offline Platinum Member 3038564518 Posts: 490 Thank you received: 92	I think it's visual studio 2010 redistributable C++ causing the crash I loaded the full suite of visual studio ultimate and sure enough the error changed to a debug script and Dirac tried loading in it So now I have to completely wipe my drive and start over I hope that doesn't mess with activation I'll try and get back

It didn't work

I re formatted my hard drive and re installed windows

It gets all the way to optimizing and crashes

What do I do
I have everything the manual says I need
Please someone help

I have new copy adobe air
(I couldn't have installed it Dirac without it )

I have visual studio

I have the required ram and computer
With brand new copy of windows installed

Just reading your post now together with your active tech support ticket. Best for our team to reply (i.e. rather than do double work).
Let them figure out what's the issue with the PC install as we haven't seen this before.. keep us updated on the new laptop though.
