I'm using the optical in and optical out even with no filter and output volume turned up still losing 6 db in Volume. Got any ideas?

@ Mogulman

That 6dB loss is indeed required as "headroom" for Dirac Live processing.

There is a way to remove it (using the DDRC-22 utility) but to be honest, it's not really recommended. If you use the target curve, you're going to need to boost the signal, on a 22D (already very optimized), we need headroom. 24bit in, 24bit out, it's no magic that "somewhere" in the chain we need to lower the signal to be able to boost it at places where you may have some room modes, boost of signal.. Does this make sense?

Simple catch up of level at the amplifier and you'll be all good. :-)
